Based in the South East of London just off the Old Kent Road in our purpose built 16,000ft² facility, Purpose Powder Coatings Ltd offers low, medium and high volume powder coating services to industry across the South East of England. Purpose Powder Coatings Ltd was established in 1954 and currently employs 20 staff.

Modern Plant. We offer two modern track based powder coating facilities, one with an online wash facility and a large box oven allowing us to process large batch work as well as lower volume work.

As well as offering state of the art track powder coating facilities, we have a fleet of vehicles which allows us to offer rapid collection and delivery of all work.

Off Site Facilities. We currently own and operate a third paint line at our Ramsgate facility which is based within the building of a larger automotive company. Although this facility is use exclusively for the processing of our clients work, this, we feel, represents our commitment to supporting our customers and catering to their specific requirements.

Production Management is also key. We have a dedicated team able to book slots on the production line as well as handle project work and undertake progress chasing and maintain quality control.

In addition to our inhouse capabilities we can also offer external services such as shot blasting, galvanising and metal plating, as required.

We pride ourselves on being a company dedicated to service and quality using modern, state of the art equipment and the best staff in the industry.

Customers. We have established a broad customer base, ranging from manufacturers of hospital equipment, point of sale units, shopfitting, lighting equipment and electronic / computer components through to architectural metalwork, seating and designer furniture. As well as handling high volume work we also cater to the requirements of the general public undertaking the coating of garden furniture, bike frames (pedal & motor, wheels and works of art (sculptures etc).
